NC Team Update - Sunday 7.2.17

Not too much to report on today, as it was predominantly a travel day and the team made the drive effortlessly. We only stopped twice during the trip for a restroom break and a dinner/gas stop (which may be a record for fewest stops ever for this trip!) We arrived at ReCreation Experiences, our home for the week, to a welcoming committee comprised of the 3 ReCreation Staffers that will be with our group for the week and two of the directors of the organization. After an orientation talk from the staff, our team unloaded the trailer and spent the remainder of our time, before lights out, settling into our new home. We are heading to bed with great anticipation and excitement for how we can both experience God through our service and through our team members! Tomorrow we will have our first day on the job site and will update you on our travels throughout the day via the text list ("NCPARENT" to 41411) Keep us in your prayers as we serve in Weaverville this week!
