During the teaching portion of our meeting the team continued their study of the character of Elijah found in 1 Kings 19. Luke talked about how Elijah's encounter with God involved reminders of past places that God had shown up in Elijah's life as well as a new and unexpected way that God showed in that moment for Elijah. As we head down to North Carolina in order to be a part of God's operation in the world, we learned the importance of actually encountering God to rejuvenate and guide us on that operation. Small Group Questions
Our final team meeting is next Wednesday, June 11th from 6:30-8:30pm in Woodward Hall at the Chapel. Please bring all of the money you have raised up to this point and any forms that you have not already turned in.
