-WCC Parental Consent Form
-ORPHANetwork Release Form
-Copy of your passport
If you are missing any of these forms, please turn them in immediately! Payment of your final balance is due at the last team meeting.
Our next and final team meeting is Tuesday, June 11th from 6:30-8:30pm in the Student Ministries Worship Room. If you have not done so already, please bring your two packages of new underwear to this meeting (see the checklist for details). If you have additional donations, please bring them to this final meeting, too. We will be packing all the donations at the end of the meeting, so if you are able to stay afterwards to help, that would be great.
