Our final team meeting with be this Tuesday, June 15th from 6:30 to 8:30pm. We will check-in in the Student Ministries Worship Room, then move to a separate location for the remainder of the meeting. If you have any donations, you should bring them to this meeting and we will pack them as a team.
If you have not done so already, please make sure you bring a copy of your passport to this meeting. Our most recent checklist (from the overnight) is copied below. Please refer to that checklist to make sure you are up-to-date with forms and other items.
Also, your trip balance should be paid at this meeting. If you need a financial update, please contact Alexis (contact information is below).
We will provide one more checklist at the final meeting with a packing list and travel details. This information is also posted below.
