Support Letters
o Need to be completed, proofed and sent by now.
o Turn support $ into Jess as it comes in.
o Write thank you notes to the people who send you monetary support immediately.
Passport
o Bring a copy of your passport to team overnight on May 29-30th.
o If you don’t have a passport, begin the application process IMMEDIATELY to ensure that you receive it in time for our trip
o If you already have a passport, check the date to make sure that it does not expire on or before July 2009
Forms, make sure you’ve turned them in by team overnight
o ORPHANetwork form
o WCC Parental Consent notarized (if you do not already have one on file for this school year)
Prepare to do Share Time @ remaining meetings
o Last Names HàQ Overnight May 29-30 (6:30 pm-2:00 pm)
o Last Names RàZ June 15th Mtg. (6:30-8:30 pm)
o
Go over travel plans with your parents
o Keep in mind this year you are responsible for your transportation to and from the airport
Team overnight on May 29th-30th from 6:30 pm - 2pm at the Chapel. Please bring sleeping bags, pillows, and athletic clothes/shoes.
Final team meeting is June 15th from 6:30-8:30 pm in SM Worship Room
