Support Letters
o Email Rough Draft to Student Ministry Staff ASAP (jduff@wcchapel.org) extension deadline April 22nd (we will proof it and email it back to you asap)
o Turn in final support letters (in addressed, stamped envelopes, with self-address stamped envelopes enclosed) due today (extension deadline this Sunday 4/26)
Passport
o If you don’t have a passport, begin the application process IMMEDIATELY to ensure that you receive it in time for our trip
o If you already have a passport, check the date to make sure that it does not expire on or before July 2009
Forms, bring completed to May 11th Nicaragua Meeting #2
o ORPHANetwork form
o WCC Parental Consent notarized (if you do not already have one on file for this school year)
Prepare to do Share Time @ remaining meetings
o Last Names A-G May 11th Mtg. (6:30-8:30 pm)
o Last Names H-Q Overnight May 29-30 (6:30 pm-2:00 pm)
o Last Names R-Z June 15th Mtg. (6:30-8:30 pm)
